The content in question has been removed. In case you missed it in the screen shots, the issue is that Poland photoshopped out a black man and replaced him with a white man. Pretty poor.

I don't see any 'shameful' thing on the two microsoft sites.The similarity in two sites is probably to show that these two are in fact one.
While this practice varies between businesses it is completely the choice of the business concerned.
